This is a studio cottage tucked into the desirable Garden Tract in Redding. Construction was completed in October of 2017. There is a private entrance and private yard. We have tried to make it private and secure.
The cottage is a studio and is about 320 sq. ft.
The yard is about 190 sq. ft.
A full-sized stackable washer and dryer are included
Floors are single plank, vinyl, scraped, walnut colored boards.

Owner may consider a small pet with an additional deposit
Utilities are split with a meter and other utilities prorated.
The front house is separated by a wooden fence.
Off- street alley parking and a gated parking space.
